February, 2009, at 2:00 o'clock P.M., at the Courtroom of said Court on the 2nd Floor of the
Oklahoma County Courthouse, Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, and that notice of said hearing be
given by publication and mailing, as provided by law, to all persons interested in said Estate to
then and there appear and show cause, if any they have, why the account should not be settled
and allowed, and the Estate distributed.
