CONTINGENT CREDITOR’S CLAIM

COMES NOW, Brian Bradley (“Bradley”), a contingent creditor of the Estate, and makes a
contingent claim against the Estate of Ronald S. Hefner, deceased as set forth on Exhibit “A”
attached hereto which contains a description of the contingent claim and the total amount of the
contingent claim. Bradley’s claim is contingent upon a judicial determination of the legal status of
the general partnership between Bradley and the Deceased and filed as an alternative to the belief by
Bradley and should be determined as such by the Court. A determination by the Court that the
assets of this Estate that the assets are general partnership assets may render all or a part of this
claim moot Bradley specifically reserves the right to amend this claim subsequent to an judicial
determination or the submission of an inventory of the Estate.

During the years of 1992-2006, I contributed a total of $211,702.48 in disposable income
to the Partnership of Ronald Hefner and Brian Bradley. I make my creditor’s claim against
Hefner's Estate in the amount of $105,851.24. This amount consists of one half of my total
contribution during that time.
