PB -2007-75 ~
PETITION FOR LETTERS OF ADMINISTRATION, APPOINTMENT.
OF PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVE AND DETERMINATION OF HEIRS
IN THE MATTER OF THE ESTATE OF
RONALD W. HEFNER, Deceased.
COMES NOW Shari L. Kimbro ("Petitioner"), and respectfully shows to
the Court as follows:
1. Ronald W. Hefner (“Decedent”) died on the 13" day of January,
2007, a resident of Oklahoma County, State of Oklahoma.
2. The Decedent left real and personal property in Oklahoma County,
State of Oklahoma, the exact nature and value of which will be fully determined, but is
likely in excess of $100,000.00.
3. Due search and inquiry have been made to ascertain if Decedent
left a Will, but none has been found, and according to the knowledge, belief and
information of Petitioner the Decedent died intestate.
4. All the heirs-at-law of Decedent and their names, ages, relationship
and addresses are as follows:
Name Age Relationship Address
12308 Maiden Lane
Mary Evelyn Hefner Legal Age Mother Oklahoma City, OK
73147
Shari L. Kimbro Legal Age Sister 8505 N.W. 67" Street
Oklahoma City, OK
73127
and the Court should judicially determine that the above persons are the sole and only
heirs of Decedent.5. Petitioner is a resident of Oklahoma County, State of Oklahoma
and the sister of the Decedent. Decedent was not married at the time of death, had no
children and a waiver and consent from Mary Evelyn Hefner, the only person having a
prior right to appointment as personal representative, consenting to Shari L. Kimbro
being appointed Personal Representative without bond is filed herein. Accordingly,
Petitioner has a prior right over all others and is entitled to be granted letters of
administration and be appointed Personal Representative of the estate.
6. Petitioner believes that a formal inventory of the assets of the
Decedent’s estate will be neither necessary nor beneficial to the administration of the
estate and prays that such inventory be waived by the Court unless an interested party
should request that one be filed.
7. Petitioner respectfully requests the Court waive bond pursuant to
O.S. 58 §171.
WHEREFORE, Petitioner prays that Letters of Administration be issued
to Petitioner without notice pursuant to O.S. 58 §128D.
DATED this_2/" day of January, 2007.
Respectfully submitted,
