On April 1, 2014, the Court considered and took under advisement Plaintiff's Motion for
Partial Summary Judgment and Defendant LegalZoom.com. Inc.’s Motion for Summary Judgment
on Plaintiff's Fiflh Amended Petition in the above-referenced cause. After considering the motions,
the responses, the reply, the admissible summary judgment evidence and the applicable law. the
Court finds that both motions should be DENIED.
IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED that Plaintiff's Motion for
Partial Summary Judgment is DENIED and Defendant LegalZoom.com, Inc.'s Motion for
