MOTION TO REDUCE SUPPORT OWED TO JUDGMENT
COMES NOW, the Respondent, LORI J. KASTL, by and through her attorney, Melissa
DeLacerda, and moves the Court to award a judgment against the Petitioner, BRAD J. KASTL, and
for support thereof, alleges and states as follows:
1. On the 15" day of September, 2016, the Petitioner was ordered to pay child support,
medical bills, daycare, athletic activities, and school fees. On July 20", 2020, he was
ordered to pay child support.
2. The Petitioner has failed and refused to pay the same.
3. During the year of 2016 the father was ordered to pay a total of $2,651.30. During 2017
the father was ordered to pay $3,181.56. During 2018 the father was ordered to pay
$3,185.56. From January 2019 through May 2019 the father was ordered to pay
$1,325.65. From July 2019 through December 2019, the father was ordered to pay
$4,387.95. From January 2020 through June 30", 2020, the father was ordered to pay
$4,387.95. See Respondent’s Child Support & Arrearage Exhibit.
4. As of today’s date, the Petitioner owes to the Respondent $9,042.33 for child support,
medical bill arrearage, daycare arrearage, athletic activity fee arrearage, and school fee
arrearage5. The Petitioner had an overpayment credit of child support from the Court order on
September 15", 2016 of $14,159.25. After the overpayment is applied to the child
support and other arrearages, the Petitioner owes to the Respondent $9,042.33.
WHEREFORE, premises considered, the Respondent prays these amounts be
reduced to judgment against the Petitioner for his percentage share of those items
previously ordered by the Court, and for such other relief as is just and proper.
