PETITIONER'S WITNESS LIST
COMES NOW the Petitioner, Brad J. Kastl, and submits the following list of witnesses to be
called and exhibits to be offered at the trial of this matter and all pending motions.
WITNESSES
1. Brad J. Kastl, Petitioner, 8515 S. Brush Creek Rd, Stillwater, OK.
a. Mr. Kastl will testify as to all issues surrounding the pending litigation,
issues surrounding custody of his oldest daughter, and financial issues that are
in dispute, to include a change in income by Petitioner and Respondent since
the date of trial.
2. Lori J. Kastl, Respondent.
a. She will testify about all issues surrounding the pending litigation and
custody of the oldest child, and financial issue between the parties.
3. Ashley Kastl, 8515 S. Brushcreek Rd, Stillwater, Ok.a. Mrs. Kastl will testify as to all issues surrounding the pending litigation
regarding custody of the oldest child and financial issues that are pending.
Any and All witnesses that are included on the Respondent’s Witness List.
Any and all rebuttal witness’s necessary
EXHIBITS
Petitioner’s copy of his 2015 Tax return.
Proposed Journal Entry regarding the (2) day trial that was previously submitted
to counsel regarding financials and child support, to include proposed child support
guidelines that were submitted to counsel.
Copy of letter from Chief of Police Tully Folden, which was submitted to my
office requiring that Petitioner attend certain required training for his employment.
Also, verification of dates that Petitioner will be attending “CLEET” training, from
October 26", 2016, through January 20", 2017. Petitioner will be gone during this
time Tuesday Morning-Friday afternoon of each week during this time. Petitioner will
return home on Friday evenings.
Text message exchanges between the Petitioner and Respondent regarding various
issues relating to financials and custody from March of 2016- through present.
Letter dated March 30", 2016, from Petitioner’s employer regarding the health
insurance premium that Petitioner pays each and every month currently to cover the
minor dependents for health insurance.6. Text messages between the oldest minor child and a boy where she references
stealing her mother’s car and sexual innuendo with a high school boy that Petitioner
found on the minor child’s cell phone.
7. Petitioner’s calendar of visitation with the girl and significantly the oldest minor
child since March of 2016.
8. List made by Petitioner of all medical, education, and school expenses paid prior
to the trial date regarding the minor children.
9. Client’s list of expenses regarding the minor children that have been paid since
the date of the trial, to include summer camps, activities, school photos, etc.
10. Client’s bank statements showing proof of medical payments for the minor
children.
11. Client’s additional list of expenses paid for the minor children.
12. Petitioner’s recent pay stubs from the City of Cushing.
13. __ Petitioner’s proof of withholding stubs from his paycheck at City of Cushing.
14. Respondent’s current ranking on MLS as a real estate professional and average
earnings.
15. Any and all exhibits listed on the Respondent’s Exhibit list.
