APPLICATION FOR TEMPORARY ORDER
COMES NOW the Respondent, LORI J. KASTL, and to preserve the peace and security
of the parties and minor child, and to clarify the financial and personal relationships arising from
the parties while this action remains pending, Respondent is entitled to and requests that the
temporary order requests hereinafter set forth be maintained or entered herein to govern the
parties during the pendency of this action.
1. Reference is made to Respondent’s Motion To Modify on file and pending herein.
All allegations contained therein are incorporated herein and are adopted by reference.
2. Asis more specifically set forth in Respondent’ Motion To Modify Child Custody,
the parties are the parents of the following minor child, to wit: H.M.K., born June 12", 2003, and
this Court has initial child custody and visitation jurisdiction concerning said minor child under
all state and federal law and such jurisdiction should be exercised herein.
3. The Respondent should be awarded custody of said minor child to avoid abusive
and obstructionist behavior of the father during the pendency of this case. The child has
expressed a preference to live with the Respondent.
4. The Petitioner should be awarded Payne County Standard Visitation with the
minor child to coincide with the weekend and holiday visitation with the other minor children.WHEREFORE, Respondent requests that the Court issue its Order Setting Hearing
setting hearing upon said application; that, upon such hearing being conducted, the Court issue
the temporary orders above requested; and that Respondent be granted all further ancillary and
proper relief as is warranted by the evidence and circumstances presented.
