ORDER CONFIRMING SALE , 2011, the above entitled cause came on to be of the Plaintiif for confirmation of Sheriff's sale of the following described real estate, located in Oklahoma County, Oklahoma, to-wit: Lot Nineteen (19), Block Forty-four (44), CASADY HEIGHTS 11TH ADDITION to the Village, Oklahoma County, Oklahoma, according to the recorded plat thereof. the Plaintiff appearing by its attomey, and the Defendants appearing not and are in default. Thereupon, the Court, after hearing said Motion and examining the files and proceedings herein, and particularly the Special Execution and Order Of Sale; Valuation and Appraisement; Notice of Sheriff's Sale and Proof of Publication thereof; Sheriffs Return; Affidavits of Attorney for Plaintiff; Notice Of Hearing Motion To Confirm Sale and Proof Of Publication thereof, finds: That said sale has in all respects been made in conformity with the order of this Court and as provided by law; that the Sheriff sold said real estate at public auction, with appraisement, to Sequaity National Life Insurance Company, it being the highest and best bidder, and for the price of Bo that being the highest and best bid made, and same being more than two-thirds of the appraised value of said property, and that said sum is not disproportionate to the total value of said real estate. That thereafter, the Plaintiff, acknowledged receipt of'a good and valuable consideration paid to said Plaintiff by Security National Life Insurance Company, A Utah Corporation, and said Plaintiff, thereupon orally assigned the judgment and bid herein, together with all of its right, title, and interest in and to said real estate and premises, to said Security National Life Insurance Company, A Utah Corporation; that said assignment is valid in all respects and is hereby approved and confirmed by the Court. el & File No. 49775That the Court has ordered that said sale be approved and confirmed, and that the Sheriff of said County make and execute to said Security National Life Insurance Company, A Utah Corporation, as grantee, a good and sufficient Sheriff's Deed to the premises above described, IT IS FURTHER ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED by the Court, that upon praecipe of the purchaser of the property that is the subject of this action and for the protection of the property and interests that are the subject of the action, that the Clerk of this Court shall forthwith and immediately, issue a Writ of Assistance directed to the Sheriff of said County, commanding said Sheriff to forthwith oust all persons in possession of said real estate, and to place said grantee in the quiet and peaceable possession thereof, and that the refusal of said persons, or any of them, as aforesaid, to deliver immediate possession of said premises to said grantee, its successors and assigns, may be deemed in contempt of Court. \ JUDGE OF THE DISTRICT COURT Approved: Matthey Hydspeth - #14613 J dato! apes - #13182 James H. iessen - #20354 John D.
