a non-resident of Oklahoma, hereby appoints Bill Barksdale, 310 E. Seventh Street, Okmulgee,
Oklahoma, 74447, as resident agent for him as Personal Representative of this estate. The Personal
Representative hereby stipulates and agrees that the service of any legal process on his resident agent

shall have the same legal effect as if made upon him personally as Personal Representative within the
State of Oklahoma.
