This morning Defendant filed a Motion to Compel the Corporate Representative
Depositions in the above-referenced matter. I understand from Ms. Townsend that the court's
discovery docket is already full for the month of December. Nevertheless, I am writing to inquire
if there is anytime where the Court could fit us in to hear Defendant's Motion to Compel. The
parties are scheduled to mediate this matter on December 18, 2018, and Gary Wilson, Esq. was
hoping to be able to take these depositions while he was in town for the mediation. Thank you so
much for your assistance in this matter.
