The court, having considered the Motion, Allstate’s Election of Legal Responsibility executed pursuant to Texas Insurance Code § 542A.006 attached thereto, any responses and replies thereto, and the arguments of Counsel, is required to dismiss all Plaintiffs’ causes of actions against Madeley and Hancock with prejudice from this action. It is, therefore, ORDERED that all Plaintiffs’ causes of action against Defendant MARION MADELEY AND CYNTHIA HANCOCK are hereby DISMISSED WITH PREJUDICE to refiling same.
