APPOINTMENT OF PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVE, AND
DETERMINATION OF HEIRS, DEVISEES AND LEGATEES
NOTICE is hereby given to all persons interested in the Estate
of REBECCA ANN BRUCKNER, deceased, that on the 14 day of January,
2008, JOHN ANTHONY “TONY” BYRD produced in the District Court of
Oklahoma County, Oklahoma, an instrument in writing purporting to
be the Last Will and Testament of Rebecca Ann Bruckner, deceased,
and also filed in said Court her Petition, together with the
original of said Will, praying that the Will be admitted to
probate, that Letters Testamentary be issued to JOHN ANTHONY
“TONY” BYRD as Personal Representative named in the Will, and that
the heirs, devisees and legatees of said decedent be determined by
the Court.
Pursuant to an Order of this Court made on the 14th day of
January, 2008, notice is hereby given that the B3O*® day of
lan ney , 2008, at G&.OO o'clock @.M., the Petition will be
heard a the District Courtroom, Oklahoma County Courthouse,
Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, when and where all persons interested may
appear and contest the same.
