GREETINGS: YOU ARE HEREBY COMMANDED pursuant to 12 O.S. §2004.1
(A)(1)(b) to produce and permit inspection and copying of all documents and things in your
possession, custody or control: You are specifically commanded to provide video surveillance
evidence of the East end of the produce section, including the banana table, approaching
the frozen meat from 1:00PM to 1:15PM on November 26, 2021, the Black Friday sale in
digital or electronic format. Said production of documents is to be no later than ten (10) days
of receipt of this Subpoena to the following address: Michae! Lawrinenko, 10094 County Road
1542, Ada, OK, 74820. Email: lawrinenko.mike@gmail.com and cell phone 580-320-4117.
Video surveillance footage is specifically demanded and may be sent by electronic form by
email. Alternatively, Michael Lawrinenko would be willing come to your office with a flash
drive and receive all evidences, including the video evidence.
You are hereby notified that pursuant to 12 O.S. §2004.1(C)(2)(a), you are not required to
appear in person at the place of production and you may produce copies of the requested
documents by first-class mail on or before the date of production. In order to allow objections to
the production of documents and things to be filed, you should not produce the documents until
the date specified in this Subpoena, and if an objection is filed, until the Court rules on the
objection. Failure by any person without adequate excuse to obey a subpoena served upon him
may be deemed in contempt of the court from the subpoena issued.
