COMES NOW, Greg Wilson, attorney for Petitioner and hereby requests a continuance of
the hearing scheduled on October 7th, 2021, at 8:30 a.m.. In support of said motion Petitioner
alleges and states as follows,
1. Petitioner retained the undersigned attorney on October 5", 2021, two days before said
hearing, and counsel has yet to have sufficient time to review this matter and prepare for
the hearing on October 7", 2021.
2. Petitioner’s attorney has previously set matters in other jurisdictions on October 7, 2021.
3. Finally, both parties need adequate time to exchange discovery.
