I, Jeffrey B. Sienkiewicz, of the Town of New Milford,
County of Litchfield and State of Connecticut, having first been
cautioned and sworn, do depose and say:
1. I am over eighteen years of age and believe in the
obligation of an oath.
2. I am an attorney at law licensed to practice in the
State of Connecticut assigned as Committee in the above
captioned matter, and I make this affidavit upon personal
knowledge.
3. As of July 6, 2017 I expect to have expended 15.0 hours
of time with respect to my duties as Committee, including pastauction duties. Based upon an hourly rate of $175.00 per hour,
the Committee's fee totals $2,625.00.
4. The Committee incurred costs of $1,170.73 for the sign,
advertisement, insurance and title search as particularly set
forth in the invoice of Allingham & Readyoff, LLC., attached
hereto.
5. The Court appointed James McCallion as appraiser and
his fee for preparing the appraisal with respect to the sale was
$350.00 as set forth in his invoice attached hereto and which is
also included in the invoice of Allingham & Readyoff, LLC.
