                           MOTION TO STRIKE

        Pursuant to Practice Book § 10-40, the plaintiffs in the above-captioned action hereby

object to the defendant, Roger Corporation’s, Motion to Strike, dated May 2, 2022, and

request that it be denied in its entirety.
