I, The undersigned deputy clerk of the Circuit Court of the Eleventh Judicial Circuit in and for Miami-Dade
County, Florida, do hereby certify that a Foreclosure sale was held for the above captioned case on January 03,
2022 per Order of the Court. A deposit of $17,255.00 was paid at the time of the sale by the successfull bidder, UV
PROPERTY MANAGEMENT LLC and said bidder failed to return to pay the balance of the bid by 12:00 pm on the
next business day, following the sale.
Therefore, it is determined that this is an incomplete sale as stated in the Administrative Order 1994-17, and should
be rescheduled by further order of the Court.
