LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY SERVICE: The address for the Registered Agent is a residence. I
served and explained the contents to a co-resident of the Registered Agent pursuant to F.S. 48.062 (4)
and F.S. 48.031
I spoke to the woman depicted in the attached photograph and asked for Jose L. Laurido. She called him
on the phone while I was there, and after speaking with him on the phone, indicated she lived at the
address with him by accepting service of the documents and stating "I'll give it to him." As I was taking
notes on the service in my car, I saw a younger male approach the home, seen in the door of the home in
the attached photo Exhibit 1b. As Castelianos had just gotten off the phone with Laurido, I assumed this
was Laurido and made sure to take a photo as he entered the home immediately after Castelianos

accepted service.
