The Court instructed counsel to prepare an order for the Court’s signature. On July 15, 2011, the parties alerted the Court to disputes that then existed in the drafting of a final order. All issues were submitted to the Court by August 8, 2011, and the Court will rule as follows. The Court will grant the motion to reopen the evidence. Based on the Court’s prior finding that Respondent misused and wasted community property, the Court will find that the additional retirement accounts should be awarded to Petitioner. Regarding the dispute as to the vehicles, the Court has already ordered Respondent to produce the vehicles with signed titles to Petitioner within 30 days after the signing of the Decree. The Decree should contain such language. Furthermore, the Court will assess taxable court costs against Respondent. Finally, regarding the issue of interest on attorney’s fee, the Court ordered Respondent to pay Petitioner $10,000.00 in attorney’s fees within 30 days of the 1 A nN a 0 + a So S8/18/2011 Cause No. D-1-FM-08-000066, In the 250 Judicial District Court of Travis County IMOM Molina August 16, 2011 signing of the Decree. This award should earn the general post-judgment interest rate, which at this time is 5%. The Decree should so state without compounding of interest.
