THIS CAUSE came before the Court upon its sua sponte review of the file. The Court,
having considered the pleadings, in particular the Plaintiff's failure to serve process within 120
days since the case was filed on August 19, 2019 it is
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Plaintiff shall show good cause for its apparent
failure to comply with Rule 1.070(j), Fla.R.Civ.P. by filing of a memorandum and serving a
courtesy copy of same to CA02@jud11.flcourts.org with twenty (20) days herefrom. The failure
to file said memorandum or to show good cause therein shall result in the dismissal of this case
without further hearing.
