2. Therefore, this Court sua sponte orders counsel for Defendant Cristofher Rodriguez to
appear and show cause as to why they failed to file a case management report or appear at
the case management conference in accordance with this court’s order on July 16, 2021 at
9:00 a.m. via Zoom.
3. The appearance of defense counsel at the order to show cause hearing is
mandatory. Failure to appear and show cause may result in the striking of defendant
Cristofher Rodriguez’s pleadings, and entry of default against the disobedient party or other sanctions as
the Court deems appropriate.
