Court Judge Alan Fine’s Trial Order, dated May 16, 2020, hereby discloses and
expects to call the following expert at trial:

Barry Schapiro, MD, FAAOS, a Board Certified Orthopaedic Surgeon, may be
called upon to testify as to the nature, cause, and extent of Plaintiff Lamar
Mitchell’s alleged injuries, if any, from an orthopaedic standpoint, the treatment
received by Plaintiff Lamar Mitchell as a result of the alleged incident, the need for
future treatment, including surgery, if any, and the reasonable cost of treatment.
Dr. Schapiro will address the relationship between Plaintiff Lamar Mitchell’s pre-
existing and subsequent injuries, as it relates to the alleged incident. Dr. Schapiro

may be called upon to rebut the testimony of Plaintiff Lamar Mitchell’s experts, if

The grounds for Dr. Schapiro’s opinions will be his professional training,
education, experience, review of Plaintiff Lamar Mitchell’s medical records,
documents, testimony obtained during the course of discovery and/or examination of
Plaintiff Lamar Mitchell to be completed by the Pre-Trial deadline.
Dr. Schapiro’s curriculum vitae is annexed hereto as Exhibit “A”. Dr.
Schapiro’s testimonial list and fee schedule will be provided upon receipt.
