Upon review of the Record on Appeal led on December 18,
2020, the Court has determined that the filed condensed transcripts fail to
comply with the requirements of Florida Rules of Appellate Procedure
9.200(b)(4) and 9.220(c)(4). Any such condensed transcripts led after
January 1, 2019, are hereby stricken. The appellant shall file transcripts
that comply with the Florida Rules of Appellate Procedure within forty five
(45) days from the date of this Order. The properly formatted and paginated
transcripts shall be led with a motion to supplement the record and the
Initial Brief shall be amended to provide the correct citation to the relevant
provision of the cited transcripts. The amended initial brief shall be led
with the motion to supplement the record. Within fteen (15) days of the
ling of the amended initial brief, the appellee shall le an amended answer
brief to reflect accurate citations to the correctly formatted and paginated
transcripts led with the motion to supplement the record. Failure to comply
with this Order may result in dismissal of this appeal.
