Conferencing, on the Plaintiff’s Motion to Dispense with Pre-Trial Mediation Requirement.

on behalf of Defendant.
The Court, being fully advised in the premises, hereby
ORDERS AND ADJUDGES as follows:
A. The Court hereby ORDERS the mediation deadline set by the current trial order
this matter is extended to allow the Mediation to take place by April 1, 2021 (90 days prior to
Calendar Call).
B. The Court DEFERS ruling on the Plaintiff’s Motion to Dispense with Pre-Trial
Mediation Requirement, and the Plaintiff may re-set the Motion to Dispense with Pre-Trial

Mediation Requirement – in February of 2021, or later – as the Parties may agree and based on
this Court’s scheduling availability.
