JUDGMENT
THIS CAUSE came before the Court on Plaintiff’s Motion for Entry of Final Judgment
(“Plaintiff’s Motion”) and Mid-Continent Casualty Company’s (“MCC”) Response in
Opposition to Motion for Entry of Final Judgment and Incorporated Motion for Reconsideration
of July 30, 2021, Order (“MCC’s Motion”). This Court heard this matter on August 19, 2021,
and having considered Plaintiff’s Motion, MCC’s Motion, and being otherwise advised in the
premises, hereby finds as follows:
The Court defers ruling on Plaintiff’s Motion until after the parties have been afforded an
opportunity to be heard on whether or not final judgment should be entered on the issue of the
duty to indemnify.
WHEREFORE, it is ORDERED and ADJUDGED that Plaintiff’s Motion for Entry of Final
Judgment is DEFERRED.
