          seeking to foreclose a Claim of Lien under Chapter 713, Florida Statutes, relating to the

          following described real property situated at 1054 High Meadow Drive, in Tallahassee,

          Leon County, Florida, as more particularly described in that certain Warranty Deed

          recorded in Official Records Book 2679, Page 1659, of the Public Records of Leon

          County, Florida, with a legal description as follows:
