COMES NOW, the Defendant, JACKSON PARK CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.,
(hereinafter "Association") by and through its undersigned counsel, and filesthis, its Answer to the
Mortgage Foreclosure Complaint, and states as follows:
1. Association admits the allegations contained in paragraphs 1 and 2 of the Complaint
2. Association is without knowledge, and therefore denies, the allegations contained in
paragraphs 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17, 18,20,21,22,23,24,25,26,
27, 28 and 29 of the Complaint. - ': - ^- •'
3. As to paragraph 19 of the Complaint,' i^ssociatioh admits that-it haS a'lien right and claim
in the subject property by virtue of unpaid-assessrnefitsr but'denies all other allegations
