The Final Judgment of Foreclosure was entered on December 5, 2008 in favor of Plaintiff and Clerk's sale was scheduled to take place on January 9, 2009. 2. Our client has requested a cancellation of the sale to allow their loss mitigation department to continue to negotiate a loan workout with the mortgagors.3. No party in interest shall be prejudiced by the proposed canceling of the sale.
