MOTION TO CANCEL
FORECLOSURE SALE
Plaintiff, Wells Fargo Bank, N.A. as Trustee for Option One Mortgage Loan Trust
2007-4 Asset-Backed Certificates, Series 2007-4, moves this Honorable Court for an Order
canceling the Clerk’s Sale scheduled in the above-referenced cause and in support thereof, would
state as follows;
1. The Final Judgment of Foreclosure was entered on December 5, 2008 in favor of Plaintiff
and Clerk's sale was scheduled to take place on January 9, 2009.
2. Our client has requested a cancellation of the sale to allow their loss mitigation
department to continue to negotiate a loan workout with the mortgagors.3. No party in interest shall be prejudiced by the proposed canceling of the sale.
WHEREFORE, Plaintiff respectfully requests this Court for an Order canceling
the Clerk's Sale in the above-referenced action.
