 Streamlined: Projected date of Trial within 12 months of case filing.
 General Civil: Projected date ofTrial within 18 months of case filing.
 Complex: Projected date of Trial within 24 months of case filing.

 COMPLAINT: The Complaint shall be served within 120 days of filing. Failure to
 perfect service within 120 days shall subject the action to dismissal without prejudice or
 dropping ofthat party as a defendant. Ifplaintiff shows good cause or excusableneglect
 for failure to serve within 120 days, the court shall extend the time for service for an
 appropriateperiod. (Rule 1.070, Fla.R.Civ.P.)

 TRIAL: The Uniform Trial Order will be issued, when the case is at issue pursuantto
 Florida Rules of Civil Procedure, 1.440.
