THIS CAUSE having come before the Court on the Parties’ Joint Response to Order to
Submit Agreed Case Management Plan and Order, and the Court having reviewed the filing and
the file in this matter and otherwise being duly advised in the premises; it is ORDERED that
1. The Court, upon being advised that the Parties are engaged in settlement discussions,
hereby ORDERS that the Parties notify the Court by letter on or before December 1,
2021 if the case has settled in full or in part.
2. Should the issue of Plaintiffs’ motion for attorneys’ fees and cost pursuant to Fla.
Stat. Section 607.1604(3) (2018) not be resolved by such date, Plaintiffs shall file
their final brief in support of such motion on or before January 14, 2022; Defendant is
ordered to respond on or before February 15, 2022 and Plaintiffs may file a reply if
necessary on or before March 2, 2022.3. Should a hearing be necessary, the parties shall schedule it on or after March 21,
2022.
