ORDERED that if the case is not resolved within six (6) months, and while the parties are
complying with the Case Management Plan deadlines, Plaintiffs’ counsel shall notice the case for
trial no later than November 15, 2022. Trial shall be set pursuant to the parties’ Agreed Case
Management Plan with an anticipated start date in or around May of 2023. A trial order will be
entered following the filing of the notice to set case for trial.
