PLAINTIFFS’ NOTICE OF TAKING DEPOSITION
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that pursuant to Fla. R. Civ. P. 1.280 and 1.310(b)(6), the Plaintiffs
in the above styled case, through the undersigned attorney, will take the depositions of the
following persons at the date, time, and place stated below. The deposition will be upon oral
examination before a registered court reporter or before any other notary public or officer
authorized by law to take depositions. The oral examinations of the following persons will
continue from day to day until completed. The depositions are being taken for the purpose of
discovery, for use at trial, and for all other purposes permitted under the Florida Rules of Civil
Procedure and the rules of evidence.
