Rule 2.545, Fla. R. Jud. Admin, Rule 1.200, and Administrative Order 3.107. One hundred and

with an Order Approving Case Management Plan within the time deadlines outlined in the
administrative order and Rule 2.545. Fla. R. Jud. Admin. The Court having reviewed the file, it is

Motions. The presiding Judge will issue an Order Setting Trial and Directing Pretrial and
Mediation Procedures with a firm trial date when the case is at issue. The deadlines in the
Order Setting Trial and Directing Pretrial and Mediation Procedures will be dictated by

issue pursuant to Florida Rule of Civil Procedure 1.440. If this action is already at issue, parties
are required to file a Notice for Trial forthwith. A trial order will be issued by the presiding
Judge for a calendar call according to the differentiated case management plan unless otherwise
requested on the Notice for Trial for an earlier setting. Failure to file a Notice for Trial may
subiect the parties to sanctions, including but not limited to, striking of discovery,
witnesses, evidence, pleadings, imposition of attorney fees, and/or dismissal.
