 Defendant, SOUTHERN COAST ENTERPRISES, INC. (hereinafter,
 "SOUTHERN
 COAST"), by and through its undersigned counsel, hereby files this Motion for Extension of
 Time to Disclose Expert and states as follows:
 1.
 Undersigned counsel only recentlybecame involved in this matter on behalf of
 SOUTHERN COAST.
 2.
 By order dated December 13, 2021, the Defendants, including SOUTHERN
 COAST, are requiredto disclose experts and providereports from same no later than February
 28,2022.
 3
 Given its recent inclusion in this matter, SOUTHERN COAST requiresadditional
 time to providethe disclosures and report and requests an extension throughMarch 30,2022.
 4.
 Opposing counsel has voiced no objectionsto this extension after being provided
 with this Motion and an agreed upon order on same, but has indicated it is unwillingto agree to
 any extensions which would delay the trial of this matter or the discoverycutoff in November
 2022. This extension would not delaythose dates.
 5.
 No party would be prejudicedby the granting of this Motion; however,
 SOUTHERN COAST will be prejudicedif it is not permittedreasonable time to secure an expert
 and have a report issued.
 6.
 This Motion has not been brought for the purposes of delay, or any other
 improper purpose, but rather has been brought in the interests ofjudicialeconomy.
 7.
 I hereby certifythat the undersignedhas conferred or attemptedto confer with all
 partieswho may be affected by the relief sought in the Motion in a good faith effort to resolve
 the issues raised in the Motion as more particularly
 set forth in paragraph4, above.
