Cooley, and CODY COOLEY, heir to the Estate of James D. Cooley, and the Court having reviewed the Motion, and having been sufficiently advised in the premises, the Court finds as follows: The moving party has alleged that the Defendants have failed to comply with the terms of the Final Judgment. It is hereby; ORDERED that the Motion is GRANTED. 1. Within 10 days of the entry of this Order, Defendants shall execute a warranty deed transferring title to 801 NE 43" Street Ocala, Florida 34479 (the “Property”) to Plaintiff, failing which sanctions may be imposed. 2. Within 10 days of the entry of this Order, Defendants shall comply with the Final Judgment and provide Plaintiff with the fact information sheets and all required attachments, failing which sanctions may be imposed. 3. At or before the closing for the Property, Defendants shall pay all recording fees and documentary stamps associated with the recording of the warranty deed for the Property, failing which sanctions may be imposed.
