 files this Motion for Leave to Amend her Complaint and states:
 1. Attached herewith as Exhibit "A" is the Plaintiff, Lilly Williams', proposed Amended
 Complaint.
 2. The filingof the Amended Complaintwill resultnoprejudicetothe Defendant. Thiscase
 has recentlybeen filedanddiscoveryhasnotbeenconducted. The AmendedComplaintaddresses
 some of the issues raised in the Defendant's Motion to Dismiss.
