 Plaintiffs' Complaint for Declaratory Relief, and upon agreement of counsel and the Court fully
 advised in the premises, itis hereby
 ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
 1. Defendant's motion is GRANTED.
 2. Count Il of Plaintiffs' Complaint for Declaratory Relief shall be dismissed without prejudice.
 3. Defendant shall file an Answer to Count I of Plaintiffs' Complaint within ten (10) days of the
 date this order is signed.
