COMES NOW Defendant, HOMEOWNERS CHOICE PROPERTY & CASUALTY
INSURANCE COMPANY, INC., by and through its undersigned counsel, and pursuant
to the Florida Rule of Civil Procedure 1.090(b) hereby seeks an Order from this Court
granting Defendant an enlargementof time to respond to Plaintiffs' Discovery and states
as folk)ws:
1. This case arises out of a first party property claim under a homeowners policy
issued by Defendant.
2.
Plaintiffs' Complaint was served on Defendant on April 29, 2021, making the
response to discovery due on Friday, June 11, 2021.

3. The undersigned requires additional time to review the file and confer with
the client in order to properly respond to the discovery requests.
4. Plaintiffs will not be prejudiced by the granting of this Motion.
5. This Motion is being made in good faith and not for the purposes of delay.

Defendant respectfully requests this Court grant Defendant additional time
within which to respond to Plaintiffs' Discovery.
WHEREFORE, Defendant, HOMEOWNERS CHOICE PROPERTY & CASUALTY
INSURANCE COMPANY, INC., respectfully requests this Honorable Court grant
Defendant's Motion and enter an Order allowing Defendant an additional 30 days from
the date of this Court's order to respond to Plaintiffs' discovery.
