RESOLUTION
OF
THE CONGREGATION
RESURRECTION LIFE FELLOWSHIP
Upon due and proper notice a meeting of the Congregation of RESURRECTION
LIFE FELLOWSHIP, a New York Religious Corporation, was called in accordance with
the ByLaws and Constitution of RESURRECTION LIFE FELLOWSHIP beld at 3191
Cole Road, Eaton, New York 13334; and
WHEREAS, RESURRECTION LIFE FELLOWSHIPis the.owner of real property
containing a church structure located at 3191 Cole Road, Eaton, New York 13334, and
WHEREAS, after discussion with real estate professionals it was determined
that the real property containing a church structure is valued at $245,000.00, and
WHEREAS, the appraisal of the subject real property was undertaken by a
professional appraiser determining the appraised value to be $245,000.00, annexed
hereto is a copy of the appraisal; and
WHEREAS, RESURRECTION LIFE FELLOWSHIP has entered into a contract
with Catania Chiropractic, P.C.; and
WHEREAS, sale and purchase of the subject property will be for the sum of
$245,000.00 (annexed hereto is a copy of the subject contract); and
WHEREAS, the Board of Trustees and Congregation of RESURRECTION LIFE
FELLOWSHIP have determined that the net proceeds from the sale shall be used to
help finance the cost of construction of the new church which is presently undergoing

construction on the inside of the church, the outside has been completed.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED as follows:
1. RESURRECTION LIFE a New York Religious Not-For-
FELLOWSHIP,
Profit Corporation, is hereby authorized to sell and conveyp the subject
premises iocated at 3191 Cole Road, Eaton, New York 13334 to Catania
Chiropractic, P.C. for the sum of $245,000.00.
2. That to effect said sale and transfer Pastor John Camp, Senior Pastor,
President and member of the Board of Trustees of RESURRECTION
LIFE FELLOWSHIP and Jeffrey Snyder, Treasurer and member of the
.. Board of Trustees of RESURRECTION LIFE FELLOWSHIP jointly are
and both are required and authorized to acknowledge any necessary
documents, deeds, affidavits and to do and perform every act and thing
necessary related to the sale and transfer of 3191 Cole Road, Eaton, New
York 13334
3. . That RESURRECTION LIFE FELLOWSHIP, a Religious Not-For-Profit
purpose corporation, is hereby authorized to use the net proceeds from
the sale towards financing the cost of the new sanctuary and offices of
which $800,000.00 has already been expended towards completion of
construction of the exterior and only the interior construction remains.
No debt has been incurred concerning the cost of construction.
4 That RESURRECTION LIFE FELLOWSHIP is hereby authorized to seek
Leave from the Court and Attorney General of the State of New York
authorizing said sale and transfer of 3191 Cole Road, Eaton, New York

The andersigned hereby certifies that the foregoing s a true copy of a Resolution
unanimously adopted as authorized by the Board of Trustees of RESURRECTION LIFE
FELLOWSHIP at a meeting duly called, noticed and held on May 27, 2018 wherein the
all of the Board of Trustee members were present and asi voted in favor of said
Resolution therefore the Resolution was passed unanimously by all of the Board of
Trustee members.
Said Resobation has not been altered, amended or rescinded and therefore is in
full force and effect.
