1. Lyft was served on January 3, 2022 with Plaintiff's Complaint filed December 28,
2021.
2. Lyft’s response to the Complaint is currently due on February 10, 2022 pursuant to
an Agreed Order Granting Motion for Extension of Time to Respond to Plaintiffs Complaint dated
January 27, 2022.
2. The undersigned counsel were recently retained and are in need of an extension of
time to investigate the allegations in the Complaint, confer with Lyft regarding an appropriate
response, and prepare the response. A Notice of Appearance of Counsel was filed on February 10,
