Plaintiffs, Veronica Williams, Judith Williams and Marlene Williams, having moved
this Court by Notice of Motion dated January 28, 2019 for an Order granting default judgment
in the Nature of a Declaratory Judgment that the defendants and every person claiming under
them be barred from allclaims to an estate or interest in the premises known as and located at
311 Gordon Street, Staten Island, New York and designated on the New York City Tax Map as
Block 560, Lot 47;
The issues in the above entitled actions having come to be heard by the Hon. KIM
