The parties hereby agree that any documentation produced by Defendant, Wal-
Mart Stores, Inc. is deemed to be confidential, strictly for the purposes of this ligiation.
Any documentation produced by Defendant shall be kept confidential, and shall be
disclosed only to the parties, their counsel along with legal staff, and any expert
witnesses retained in this litigation.

The documents produced shall be returned and all copies destroyed at the close

of the litigation which will be confirmed in writing.Case No.: 2017 CA 001743
