THIS CAUSE came ex parte before the upon Plaintiff's Motion for Order Requiring
Sheriff to Enter Locked Premises. The Court read the Verified Complaint and was otherwise
fully advised in the premises. Therefore, it is,
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Sheriffs of the State of Florida are hereby
directed and authorized to publicly demand delivery thereof of the vehicle, a 2009 Land Rover
Range Rover Sport VIN: SALSH23439A213441 located at 4207 SW 57th Ct, Ocala, FL 34474,
or at such other location where it may be found, and if not delivered by the defendant or some
other person, he shall cause such house, building or enclosure to be broken open, with or without
a locksmith, and shall make Replevin according to the Writ; and if necessary, he shall take to his
assistance the power of the County.
