PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that, pursuant to Rule 205.2 and 205.3 of the Texas Rules of
Civil Procedure, Petitioner, the State of Texas, will be issuing a subpoena, no earlier than than 10
days’ time, directing Jennifer Martin, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Texas Juvenile
Justice Department, Custodian of Records, to produce the following documents or tangible
things for copying or inspection at the time and place stated below.
1. All records, including but not limited to parole documents, court documents,
disciplinary infractions, incident reports, hearing reports, mental health records,
treatment records and penitentiary packets (including fingerprints and
photographs) concerning EDUARDO DE LEON, (date of birth: 05/10/1956), (TDCJ
No. 769265), for all periods of confinement.
2. A business records affidavit concerning the requested documents, or an affidavit
indicating that, after a diligent search, no responsive documents were found.
The above-listed items are to be produced for copying or inspection on August 16, 2021,
at the office of the Special Prosecution Unit–Civil Division, 1300 11th Street, Suite 520,
Huntsville, Texas 77340. Please send copies of the requested items to the Special Prosecution
Unit–Civil Division on or before said date via email, hand delivery or facsimile.
