3. That Defendant, CARMINE J. LISCIANDRELLO A/K/A CARMINE J. LISIANDRELLO is not
in the military service of the United States of America.
4. Plaintiff cannot certify the military status of the Defendant(s), UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF CARMINE
J. LISCIANDRELLO A/K/A CARMINE J. LISIANDRELLO because no social security number
could be obtained for these Defendant(s) and it is required to obtain military status from the
Department of Defense Manpower Data Center. The Defendant(s) either refused to provide military
status at the time of service or were served constructively via publication of a Notice of Action.
