BIFCO, LLC vs. WAYNE WILSON

In this proposed transaction, BIFCO is requesting court approval of a transfer of Payee’s

rights under a structured settlement. Specifically, in the event this transaction is approved, Payee

would assign and sell to BIFCO his right to receive an aggregated sum of $48,160.00 in future

dollars in exchange for receiving a discounted net payment in present dollars of no less than

$27,541.14, calculated using an annual discount rate of six and a half percent (6.5%).!

1 BIFCO re-calculates the net lump sum payment due as of the date of the scheduled hearing because the present

value of the transferred payment should increase between the date the Disclosure Statement was signed and the

date of the hearing on this Application. The re-calculation should result in a larger net payment due to Payee.
