Yun Capital, Llc v. Martin Judge Jr., The Judge Group, Inc.

This is an action for breach of an implied contract and alternatively, for quantum meruit

damages in connection with consulting and business services provided by Plaintiff to Defendants

during the period February 2014 to December 2014 and in part thereafter in December 2014 and

January and March 2015. During this period and in accordance with the general terms of a

proposed written agreement that had been drafted and discussed between Plaintiff 'sCEO Jung

Yun ("Yun") and Defendant Martin Judge, Jr. ("Judge") and other executives of The Judge

Group ("Judge Group"), but never executed, and pursuant to requests by Defendants for services

not contemplated in the proposed written draft agreement, Plaintiff performed business and

financial consulting, accounting, and management services. These services, primarily but not
