commenced by Plaintiff, as xxxxxx v. Pearce, Index No. 308611/15, in the Supreme Court of the
State of New York, New York County, which matter was presided over by the Hon. Matthew F.
Cooper, and the subsequent appeal in the Appellate Division, First Department (the “Divorce
Matter”). The parties in the Divorce Matter were the current Plaintiff and Christopher Pearce (the
“Divorce Defendant”) (together with Plaintiff, the “Divorce Parties”).
