These Community Rules & Policies are provided to all residents of residential properties

managed by Yellow Tree Property Management, LLC (“Management”). As such, certain sections

of these Community Rules & Policies may not apply to all properties. For example, a Rental

Community may not have a pool or spa and those sections of these Community Rules & Policies

would not apply to that Rental Community. Non-compliance with these Community Rules &

Policies may result in Resident (as defined in Resident’s Lease) owing additional amounts to

Landlord (as defined in the Resident’s Lease) or Management, or being responsible for fees and

charges, and may be grounds for termination or eviction. Different rental communities and

apartment buildings have different facilities and amenities. Additional rules and requirements may

be posted by Management in community rooms, amenity facilities, or other Common Areas.

Management reserves the right to change or amend these Community Rules & Policies from time

to time, and to issue new rules or policies, with or without prior notice. Any addition, amendment

or revised version of these Community Rules & Policies will become effective upon emailing a

copy to Resident(s) or by posting a notice on a bulletin board or other area, such as the Resident’s

online portal, that Management designates for notices to Residents. These Community Rules &

Policies will also introduce residents to some of the features of this Rental Community (as defined

in Resident’s Lease) and additional requirements regarding the care of the Dwelling Unit (as

defined in Resident’s Lease) and other areas of the Rental Community. Please take time to read
