property located at 6203 Cumberland Drive, Goleta, California, 93117 (“the Property”)

Procedures, Section 874.311, as the parties are sister (Cross-Defendant, Cynthia A.
Ormsby) and brother (Cross-Complainant, Glenn J. Ritsema), whom acquired 100% of
the Property from their mother’s Trust, in which such sister and brother are Co-
Trustees.
Partition is not appropriate as pled by Cross-Defendants but needs to be
accomplished under the California Uniform Partition of Heirs Property Act, Code of Civil
Procedures, Section 874.311 et seq., which is not requested by this Cross-Complainant.
